   I got the 2026 edition just before starting rounds. I’m in a busy internal medicine clinic, and CMDT 2026 has already saved me multiple times—for example when I needed to quickly check treatment options for a less common infection, or to refresh guidelines on hypertension. The visuals are excellent. The “Year in Review” was insightful. If you use the eBook or AccessMedicine extra material, it’s definitely worth it
